Once your account is processed and the necessary checks are complete, you are ready to use your account to shop online and in-store!

  1. What can I expect during the application process?

These are the basic steps to completing your online application:

  • Complete your personal details.
  • Upload or send through your supporting documents.
  • Answer some questions by a FeverTree customer support agent.
  • Shop using your account immediately after approval!
  1. What documentation is required?
    Colour copy of your ID and latest three months’ bank statements. You can upload the documents on the online application, or email it through to applications@fevertreefinance.co.za
  2. What are the qualifying criteria?

You need to be between the ages of 18 and 65, earn a minimum of R5 000 a month and be a responsible credit user (we use your credit record).

  1. How long does the application process take?
    Pre-approval happens within 30 seconds and you can be approved within 30 minutes, it all depends when your supporting documents are submitted.
  2. How do I pay my account?
    Payments are via debit order on your selected payment date.
  3. I did not receive a response after doing the SMS pre-approval?

The SMS costs R1.50 and will unfortunately not work if you are trying to use a free SMS.

  1. Can I settle my account early?

Yes! And there is no penalty for early settlement. Simply get in contact with FeverTree.

  1. How do I shop and pay?

In-store, simply show your ID number at till point.

Online, simply select FeverTree Account at checkout.

  1. What happens if I cancel my order?

Once your order has been cancelled, the merchant will request for the amount to be credited back onto your FeverTree Account.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • FeverTree Accounts are provided by FeverTree Finance (Pty) Ltd a registered credit provider (NCRCP19967).
  • You have 12 months to settle your bill.
  • To apply, you need to be between the ages of 18 and 65, earn a minimum of R5 000 per month and be a responsible credit user.
  • Subject to affordability.
  • SA citizens only.
  • Your Account Agreement includes FeverTree Credit Life Insurance, underwritten by Guardrisk Life Limited, a licensed life insurer and authorised financial services provider (FSP76).

FeverTree 12-Month Accounts

Introduction

Cost to you, the customer, is roughly 2 % cheaper than credit card interest rates and includes the following:

• Admin fee R49 pm
• Once-off initiation fee of R99
• Interest rate is currently 21.25 % (prime + 10.5 %)
• FeverTree Credit Life Insurance included in repayment at a rate of R4.50 for every R1 000 utilized
