Are your products sourced locally?

Yes. All our products are sourced from local South African manufacturers, artisans, and suppliers. This ensures authenticity while supporting local businesses and craftsmanship.


Are your products handmade?

Most of our products are handmade or handcrafted, often with the assistance of machinery to ensure consistency and durability. We prioritise quality workmanship in everything we offer.


Orders

When will I receive my order?

As many of our products are made to order, please allow 10–15 business days for manufacturing before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 2–4 business days for main centres

  • 3–7 business days for outlying areas

We will do our best to assist where possible.


Can I collect my order or visit the manufacturer?

No, Veld Made operates as an online-only store, and we do not offer collections or direct access to manufacturers.

Our suppliers focus on production and do not accommodate walk-in visits. In rare cases involving specialised or custom items, arrangements may be made by prior agreement.


Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

If you require delivery to a neighbouring country, please contact us and we will assist in making suitable arrangements.

Please note: Deliveries to farms or remote locations may incur additional courier charges.


Which courier services do you use?

We use reliable third-party courier services to ensure safe and efficient delivery directly to your door.

Courier selection may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.


Can I use my own courier?

We prefer to handle all shipping arrangements.

This allows us to:

  • Track your parcel

  • Assist with delays or issues

  • Resolve any delivery problems on your behalf

If you choose to use your own courier, Veld Made will not be responsible for tracking, delays, or any issues that may arise.


Returns

What items can be returned?

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

In general:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Returns must be requested within the specified timeframe

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made products

  • Opened consumables (e.g. spices)
