At Veld Made, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

Custom-made items cannot be returned

Opened consumable products (e.g., spices) cannot be returned

Once your request has been received, we will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary return shipping details.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt.
You will also be informed whether your refund has been:

Rejected
If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 7 days

The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please indicate this in your return request email sent to:
Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. All exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping & Administration Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable
An administration fee of 10% of the item value will be charged on all returns.
If a refund is approved:
