Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed once payment has been successfully received through our secure third-party payment providers.

As many of our products are made to order, please allow for a manufacturing lead time of 10–15 business days before dispatch.

While some fast-moving items may be in stock and shipped sooner, this cannot be guaranteed. Customers will be notified if their order is ready earlier than expected.

Orders are not processed, manufactured, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Veld Made delivers nationwide within South Africa.

Shipping Methods

We make use of reliable third-party courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely.

Shipping options and estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout where applicable.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery consists of two phases:

1. Manufacturing Lead Time

  • 10–15 business days (for made-to-order products)

2. Courier Delivery Time

Once dispatched:

  • Main Centres: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Size and weight of the order

All applicable shipping fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.


Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate and complete.

Veld Made will not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery if necessary.


Risk and Ownership

All risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.


Delays and External Factors

While we strive to meet all estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • High order volumes

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions or public disruptions

Veld Made will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen manufacturing constraints.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged items (if applicable)

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
